TEMPEH riqueza alimentar com soja - ORGÂNICA, claro!

Conheci o TEMPEH com a Nereida Cortopassi, no 3o. Congresso Vegetariano em Porto Alegre, setembro 2010. Aqui no blog já há citação.
Mas como temos dificuldade de "importar" essa delícia e oPedro, meu neto, adorou, fiz uma pesquisa na internet sobre o tema.
Está em inglês mas é fácil de entender pois dá para ver como se prepara.
